I’m Arrenius, a service designer specialising in strategy and organisational capability, aligning product direction with business performance. My work spans public systems, private enterprises, and venture contexts, shaping initiatives that must perform under regulatory, operational, and commercial constraints.

At the Institute of Design, I shape executive engagements that build organisational capabilities through work-integrated learning. I developed the Value Building Framework and its diagnostic instrument to measure how organisations practice and apply design in real work.

I take responsibility for whether the work holds beyond intent. In practice, that means delivering outcomes across four tensions.
